Tina L Dyer, is the founder and principal of Grafted Together Consulting, established in 2009. Grafted Together Consulting exists to support executive leaders, individuals, and teams to create spaces where truth and authenticity are welcomed, creativity and innovation are unleashed, and equitable and inclusive practices are normalized to create a sense of belonging where all people can thrive.

 

Tina, a 32-year financial services professional, and a leader in the areas of leadership, culture and belonging, public speaker, and learning and development professional who has been equipping leaders to engage in crucial conversations and talk about difficult subjects for more than a decade. She is a Courageous Conversation and Somatic Abolitionist Practitioner. Tina specializes in creating brave spaces where people can feel psychologically safe to engage, explore and take action to achieve the outcomes important to them.

 

Previously, Tina served as Vice President and Learning Strategy Consultant for Fortune 50 financial services company where she cultivated extensive experience designing and implementing data-driven enterprise-wide strategies and programs to increase employee engagement and productivity. Tina is certified to coach to the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and Inclusion Skills Measurement (ISM) assessments, both designed to raise awareness and support intercultural competence development.

 

With a strong commitment to the community, Tina serves as a Board Member Trustee for Renovarè USA. She is a workshop facilitator for Nehemiah Emerging Leaders Program (NELP) and has volunteered as a career mentor for Women’s Empowerment.

 

Tina has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California at Davis, and a master’s degree in Spiritual Formation and Leadership from Friends University.

 

Tina is a sought after speaker and facilitator.  Tina works with corporations, non-profits, and academic institutions.

 

Tina treasures being the Mom to two adult children and Auntie to sixty-five, and counting, nieces and nephews!
